When a duplicate or glass liner is required, an original or framework for the liner will need to be supplied.
Sketches and measurements are not accepted.
Chips and damage can be sympathetically ground and polished from many glass items, but due to the unpredictable nature of the material all repairs are carried out at the owners own risk.
